Tristate Ford in Amarillo was asking a $10K ADM, but gave it to me for $4k ADM. I drove 400 miles from Southern NM as no dealer in NM, AZ, or West TX could offer me anything similar. Best I could do in NM was $10K and El Paso, TX was minimum $15K while most were $25K and selling as soon as they came in. I accepted the $4K ADM, I could have got MSRP at some dealers further away, but didn't want to drive/fly that far while none of them were doing a free delivery (for obvious reasons of course). So MSRP with a $3500 delivery wasn't worth the long drive. 6 hour drive was further than I wanted to go, but the Amarillo dealer treated me well and earned a repeat customer. 15 vehicles I've purchased new and this dealer was the most pleasant to deal with.
