what was the quote? i typically wont use these kinds of products, however i was tempted to upgrade to sync 3 but if it works well for you, maybe others can benefit from you and get a good deal on it

I want to say originally it was listed for around 900, but I ended up getting it for 700. I definitely would not recommend these units to people who aren't technology inclined as having to mess with settings and software can be annoying, but definitely not impossible. There's also not a lot in the way of instructions for install as well, but being an auto tech and having installed many aftermarket accessories through the years it was fairly easy.

If any of you guys decide to sell your old units, please DM me. I would like to try something like this out. My truck is a 2010, I would like to think someone may be selling a unit that's compatible with my truck.

Unfortunately my current 12.1" unit won't work for you since it's for Sync 2 MFT trucks (13-14).

I installed the unit yesterday and everything work great but back up camera and steering wheel controls. The camera flixers and the steering wheel controls don't pair when I try to program them. I tried without a phone even near the car and disconnected all Bluetooth.

I purchased the unit from autotecpro and have been in contact with them. I have the new 14.5" display for gen 1. The back up camera comes on but flashes and the streeing wheel controls haven't work and don't program. Thank you.

Most like there are some settings you need to change for those two. I know others that ran into some issues with them as well.

I have been able to get the steering wheel controls to work with a system update.
