Hate to tell you but that is by design. Notice how the Toyota stays in better control ;-)

The difference in control is negligible IMO. With the Tundra, you'd be sacrificing the safety of your cargo

Well if you add cargo the dynamics of the whole situation will change for both trucks lol. You can probably find a spacing of the bumps to create a harmonic at the natural frequency of the rear suspension that will make the Ford bed do the same thing.
