The api is responding appropriately ford is either responding incorrectly or filtering the results.@Yost Any idea why when the GUI version replies with "This vehicle is not yet available in order tracking, please check back in a few days" it is still possible to get the method you described to provide info? Is there really an issue with order tracking and the API is just returning what is in cache? Or, is the GUI version of the system "checked out" while the API continues to work and respond?
