I had a nice conversation with my salesman yesterday. He basically said in his experience with these chip holds to not put too much weight on the tracker data. He’s had quite a few vehicles show up while still showing chip hold in the system. My biggest frustration is dealing with my trade in, I drive a lot of miles for work and I’d like to trade in as soon as possible but there’s too much uncertainty to do it at the moment.
It's nice to hear it from someone with experience because this is what I was thinking. My best guess is maybe half the people on here had tracker data that was more "accurate" while the other half just had trucks arrive randomly one day. Clearly if it says "built" you should be good any day now. But I am fully invested now my trucks going to arrive when it does and I won't get a tracker update until it says delivered.

Literally in the exact same boat. I'm stationed in Virginia and am trying to coordinate the trade in with Varsity for a trip I'm making up there in Nov, but that seems to be a fleeting idea.

Does this means my raptor is already built?
I don't think you're ability to add/request a vehicle in FordPass has anything do with its build status. Pretty sure if you have a VIN you can add it to your FordPass account, however, you won't be able to do anything with it until you can accept the request from physically inside the vehicle.

I tried to add mine based on VIN before it was built, it added it, but it was just a blank screen. I deleted and re-added it after it was built and it pulled up the truck.

I saw on a bronco forum to check and see if sync was updated recently within your Ford account, if it was then your truck is built.
