I joined the FP chat wave and found out some information that I didn't know but found helpful. Assuming there are others that didn't know as well (except for Kevo whom we are ALL pulling for and I'm sure has looked into everything possible)

In regards to my ETA being 1/3/22
"Most raptor orders had a eta date of 12/25 - 12/31 Pending update, yours does not say "pending update" So it make me feel more confident"

In regards to my status showing as "In Production"
""In Production / Produced" does mean your vehicle has finished it's production. It will stay "in production" until it is "in transit" during its shipping phase."

Well I got Tom today, I haven’t contacted FP in a while. He said I was back in production since 11/28. I then asked if that’s all the info he has and he responded yes. I proceeded to click the X to close chat about fifty times quite aggressively.
How many Tom’s are over there? I “spoke” with Tom too via chat. Apparently my “in production” truck has an eta between the 15-21st lol lol

I wouldn't count on that...frankly those dudes don't know anyway. Mine went from "in production" to "built" to "shipped"...So once its officially waiting for shipping, it'll move to Built. FWIW...I still hold firm the dealer is the best source of information. They have access to more than FP even. FP's pretty useless in my 6 months of waiting for my truck :).

For example, tracker and FP shows my delivery ETA is 1/3. Dealer sees where it was last tracked (which rail yard and time/date it arrived) and has an expected delivery date range of 12/13-12/19...which has never been the status in the tracker or FP.

Mine has showed 1/3 for a couple of weeks.

I know Ford figures 18 days for shipping to my dealer, so that means it will have to ship by Thursday or Friday (depending on when they start counting) to hit that ETA.

For s h i t s and giggles I called Ford via a number I found on Ford.com (not FP) and was told my Raptor is on chip hold and sitting in a lot off-site with no timeline to get released from said lot. I got more information from this nice woman than I have the entire time talking with FP. FP never told me my Raptor was on chip hold, although I pretty much knew that anyways but it was good to hear it from someone at Ford. My salesperson only deals with commercial trucks so the retail order process is new to him so I haven't been able to get much info from him.
