I don’t remember if it was on here somewhere, the f15014gen forum or the gen 3 Facebook page, they all kinda start blending together at some point. And to give you an idea of how long it could take go check out the 10/11 squad… trucks went into production early last October and some guys are still waiting.
Not saying that what you’re hearing and seeing isn’t true, but my experience with these public fourms is they are loaded with a lot of misinformation and speculation. Ford is doing a great disservice to its customer base by not coming out and saying exactly what the issues are and what is the plan and timeframe to fix the problem. Whom ever is in charge of the Ford Tracker website must have been the same idiots(s) that set up the Obamacare website. I am assuming that Ford shadows these fourms and sees what is being exchanged between members, but they need to come out with a real world response to the issue of their creating. FP is absolutely no help as they are either not in possession of pertinent information, or are restricted from releasing the real reasons for these delays.

I would normally agree with your assessment but from the early October build weeks I’ve heard more than once about trucks that were “built” or “produced” going backwards on the tracker and dealer VVRs to back “in production” status then they get “built” again and finally get shipped. This would line up with the “rumor” I described earlier. I’m just trying to make since why we have to wait 2-5 extra months while other trucks make it through with zero delays.

Yes, it is interesting how this particular week has been ***** from a build perspective. I still think it has to do with the plant shutdown due to the snowstorm, the reduction of shifts from 3 to 1 for that following week. I also believe that we got kicked out of the sequence and we’re never scheduled back in to finish whatever it is that we are missing. I have several people looking for the right Ford exec for me to contact. I hope to have that contact this week and will fire off an email asking for at least a solid response.

Mine wasn't showing the blue cruise credit yet, hoping it comes back with the credit, whenever it does.

I think you’re right on this. Unfortunately you guys were being built during the storm and some parts were not on hand to complete the trucks. They did what they could and then it gets put on hold until parts come in. Instead of stopping the line to complete those unfinished truck or producing more unfinished trucks the assembly line gets priority of incoming parts. Which is why you see trucks built after getting completed and shipped out. I’d be pissed if I were in your guys position but I can see the logic in keeping the main assembly line moving and completing trucks.

Just my belief having been waiting on a truck since last June and following the shit show.
