Are you still waiting on a VIN? If you have a VIN that's all you'll need for the FP chat agent to look up your build week or date (when applicable).
Yeah I have a VIN and build date. But if I use a VIN#, I won’t be able tell them I’m KevoUSMC...

and no I really check Fridays normally. Only once a week unless I read a mass panic of people getting pushed up or bumped back
