Made my own tire/can rack..

Took a bunch of measurements, drew up some designs and went to visit a welder friend.

8 hours later, this is the final (unpainted) product.

Will hold a spare horizonally as well as two Scepter/Gerry Cans and still allow for my Retrax to open/close. Uses the existing bed bolts anchor points.

In the garage, painting it now. More pics and install shots to follow.

Nice rack!

Busa, I know what you mean. I need to get a place where I can actually have a welder because I've got lots of projects. It's killing me knowing how but not having a place to do it.

Wow! Nice job, looks like it was well though out. Love the M/T as well do you have 5 of them?

Found these black rubber caps that fit perfectly over all four of the mounting points. Gotta love a finished look.
