For what it's worth, I had a Borla XR-1 on my 5.0 and replaced it with a Black Widow Race Venom. The Black Widow was actually quieter inside drone wise at cruising speed but was definitely louder and deeper.

It will only stay locked until like 20 or 30mph on the normal F150 though. But I agree that it is a negative though on the Gen 2.

That owners don't know how to drive and would likely kill themselves or the truck.
