2023 & 2024 are electronically limited to 113mph due to the tires. According to Ford & BFG, this is determined by the worst case scenario of max tire loading at sustained speeds. Interestingly, tires make more heat on pavement than they do off-road, so a tires "safe" top speed is actually higher...

I got the code after 500 miles, cleared it, and so far it hasn't come back (1,000+ miles later with hard driving and off-roading.)

I thought it was just me. My 24 sounds quieter than my 23 as well, especially the cold start.
