It is confusing but hopefully this helps
+1 = 1" LOWER than stock
+2 = Factory height
+3 = 1" HIGHER than stock
The "+" is confusing but it's because you're removing the factory 2" block when installing deavers.
Short answer, no.
Long answer, kinda... Lots of "American made" wheels are only cut in the US but the forgings come from China or India. Innov8 sources all of his forgings from Orange CA and cuts them locally. I don't know if it's still the case but Walker Evans forged used to get forgings from...
Not sure ADD is still making the kits? Or at least advertising them. Not sure if the kit was good or bad but they disappeared pretty quick. For a daily I would stay away from heims. If you were buying an off the shelf kit I'd go with Dirt Kings rubber bushing setup. It's basically Raptor width...

Definitely a SCREW but looks pretty clean. Upgraded suspension can be nice but you never know what the previous owner did with it. Lots of guys upgrade shocks and rarely go offroad so you could get lucky. The paint looks pretty good in the pics so it may not have seen too many offroad miles. I'd...
