Those Toyos are heavy and I personally didn't like them on my Jeep with 37s at the time.. They sucked to balance and I believe I eventually used beads to balance, but they still had issues. My Jeep was a 95% dirt rig so I didn't get too concerned.
Personally at this point I'd put the...
Right on. I just was going off what I've seen with the FP700s which is the norm for most Ford dealers is they take every out to avoid warranty on any vehicle. Glad they'll handle it.
Id check on stage 2 and warranty voids. That truck and a 100 mph limiter wouldn't work for me...
Nice! I wish I'd of gone that route, myself....
It seems warranty is kinda the suck with the FP700 builds from what I've read. It seems if there's issues Whipple and FP both point fingers at each other as the fault and its a PITA to get fixed. The other issue I understand is the...
My guess would be as said a little earlier its mechanical IE valve spring.
BUT before you spend on OEM coils, why not just bolt up an old "good" coil and see if it goes away? You know 7 of the ones you pulled were fine, right?
Nice.
What a change from these So Cal Fuxs, where they try to squeeze every penny from Raptor buyers.... A dealer here would balk about not getting finance kickbacks from the sale, thats for sure.
Glad it worked out.... Usually cash buyers are seen as a negative up front. Generally best way to go is finance up front and pay off right after for best incentives.
The only issue I have and may still pull out before my slot in a couple weeks is the vagueness of mechanical issues...
Im definitely not concerned about the liability of collision damages and in no way plan on buying that waiver, its not my truck, its a group gig and I won't be pushing...
Well obviously they'd go down in displacement if they went the PB route...
I just don't see FORD going this route with the Raptor SVT mainstream for increasing #s... Theyve taken a bath on their EVs in general and know ICE is what SVT customers want.
We will see, but a bump to 3.7 I...
Unfortunately between FoMO and dealers the price would be ridiculous and price out the majority (like the R)..... I'd prefer to see a evolutionary step like 4.0 EB and larger hairdryers.
I think we've all seen the PB Raptor. I doubt they'll go the hybrid route mainstream with the Raptor as a bump in #'s.... Hybrids are still a huge turnoff for alot of people, especially a truck like a Raptor. I wouldn't give a PB Raptor a second look, I don't personally know another Raptor...
Based on what you said, I'd personally do the 24 Avalanche if its MSRP and zero ADM or add on BS.... If your plan is to trade it in on another in a few years, you'll be ahead with the 24 IMHO. One year newer and I think you'd get a better trade on Avalanche vs Azure Grey.... Odd-ball...
Yes. Thats one of the things that I didn't like about the 23 was the step required the moonroof package. I honestly didn't want the moonroof, but did want the step. Though the moonroof.was definitely not a deal breaker.
I later read 24s the step can be purchased without the moonroof.
Hey.... Good call.... Wife loved our 19 DRT.
With the BS direction Dodge is going, I told her when 3 yr 36 k was up on it, It was time to get another. She got her new DRT in Destroyer Gray and the next month I got my Raptor....
Generally these questions are asked and majority do the opposite, because of $$$.
As said earlier, you're over GCVR and no way I'd tow it and not with family in the ride.... If you have to keep the Raptor get a used 3/4.
It doesn't take much for you to be going "for a ride" with that...
I own a PE and attachments. I bought it to cycle the Jeep and it was really the only one available to not have to run sketchy 4x4 blocks on a jack. But let's be honest, they're a Chinese jack.... This was brought up awhile ago and PE was very round a bout the issue... They sell them...
