7[/ATTACH] A couple images from a recent 8 day, 2,400 mile Baja trip. Installed some wheel sensor guards today after breaking a wheel sensor down there.

I don't have ADS any more but I did run them on Tundra for a couple years. long enough to require me to rebuild once. I thought they were great, every bit as good as King IMO.

Border to Ensenada, Gonzaga to Border. A lot of the points seem really close together. Are they really short days in the dirt? Gonzaga, has what I think are the best fish tacos in Baja.

In large part, I'm familiar with Wilwood. I'd never heard of SSBC prior to looking into upgrades. And, I think HRD, the shop I'm working with, is a lot more familiar with Wilwood and either choice would require modification to work with the SVC spindles. The SSBC rears were kind of a shot in...

I'm running SSBC 6 piston rear calipers which I haven't seen mentioned as an option. The truck is at HRD right now having the Wilwood aeros installed. The Wilwoods don't play well with the SVC spindles and need a little custom fitting.

I think it's Autometer that makes a single for the A pillar. I purchased one, didn't install 'cause the "grain"/finish is so cheezy looking. I'm thinking I may have to make something out of caron fiber.

Just came across this thread. I installed new tires, KM3 37 12.5 R17 last week on Modco wheels. I replaced same size Toyo MTs and and Method 304s. The new setup shed 18 #s per corner. I spent a lot of time researching wheel weight, it's hard to get much lighter w/o going forged and even then...

Installed an Afco intercooler with fans today. Just trying to avoid potential heating problems while south of the boarder.

New Modco wheels installed. I don't have an exact # yet but I'm guessing I reduced unsprung weight by about 10lbs per corner.

Yeah, gotta love a car that powers the wiper fluid with the air pressure in the spare tire.;)

A good friend of mine, with whom I've done thousands of off road miles, had his Tundra built by Stellar. The work has held up well over the years and many many dirt miles. There's also Shaffer's but I know nothing about them except they're close to you.

Finally through the break in mileage for the new gears. So, fresh oil and diff cover upgrade.

I've got a trip planned for the end of Sept with BK2 Baja, Dustin and Kelly (owners) are exceptionally great people. The plan is for 7 days, wish it were longer. I need to figure out a way to spend more time down there. Once I get the wheels mounted I'll get some pics.

I'm going down the same path you are. I spoke to JDM also. Additionally, what they told me was to visit an authorized Ford, Roush dealer. The dealer is supposed to call Roush, remove the tune and then flash the truck. Then they're supposed to reinstall the Roush tune. So, you should be able to...
