It would be cheaper to start with a Coyote F150 and add suspension. The 6.2 PCM/BCM can be made to run the 7.3 by tricking the PCM to see 2 cams when there is only 1 on the Godzilla.
But You cant get the PCM in the Raptor to see 4 cams on the Coyote..
Look up Broc Ross on FaceBook 7.3 Godzilla...
I assume your aftermarket rims dont use the factory lugs...
Might as well get a 5th wheel to mount spare on so the lugs and sockets to change it are the same.
Then sell the factory wheel and spare...someone will buy it.
Check all the grounds... there are a ton of them..
Worst offender is under passenger side door where it goes from frame to body. Them look at all the grounds in engine bay and also on the BCM in kick panel.
I have never liked the low rpm idle from the factory. When running bigger tires like 37's it puts way too much strain on the power steering pump to be at 500 rpm.
I always bump mine to 750 rpm. Try that and see if the issue goes away.
Is the firm engagement you are feeling related to the slip yoke clunk?
A cold transmission will definitely have a firmer shift until fluids get up to temp, but as MTF was asking, has the trans ever been serviced with fluid and filter?
I do mine every 30-40k just to keep it clean and fresh..
I know you said sunroof drains are clear, but I will put money on it that the sunroof track (frame) corner joints at the back edge of sunroof have rattled loose and water drips from that edge onto the headliner and runs down the back to the plastic corner trim and onto the floor.
My 11 did this.
@Psirus7 Sorry for not getting back to you, had some things come up and it totally slipped my mind.
Did you end up getting it figured out? On my truck, the hard line was just bent down and runs under the chamfer that is cut into the corner of the bypass mount. Snake the line down so its flat...
In my experience, the +3 needs weight in the back of the truck to achieve the 1 inch lift over stock height.
I run an RPG extended shackle to get it to sit where I like it.
Hey MTF, thanks for jumping in.
Yep, added the spacers along with new downstream O2 sensors, no change.
I don't idle mush TBH, and after I reset the codes I will go a few ignition cycles before it triggers another CEL.
I am leaning more to the fuel pump not being able to keep up when demand...
I ended up buying a brand new set. Hard to locate and King was 12 weeks out!!

Have a new to me 14 with brand new engine, Whipple, 3.25 pulley/Ford racing throttle body big heat exchanger. Assuming a complete stage 2 kit.
Have been getting code P0148 and lean bank 1 and 2 codes. Truck runs and drives fine.
Tried spacers and new downstream O2 sensors, clear the code and...
Reviving an old Whipple thread...
