I've been looking at the Rough Country power steps as I've heard great things about them and haven't heard anyone justify the added cost of AMP, in comparison. Hopefully someone with first hand knowledge can chime in either for or against.
It's ZFG Racing, LLC and I believe he, Adam, is out of Michigan but he does remote tuning, as well. They currently tune the 23' with an ecu swap. I've heard nothing but great things from people who have done business with them.
Damn, that sucks to hear. I never gave Livernois much thought after hearing so many horrible first-hand reviews and experiences. I'm looking to do the ecu swap and work with either ZFG or MPT. Being in Florida now, we have a 93 everywhere and a few E85 stations within a few miles of my house, so...
CRP just recently released the Stage 5 turbos. Are you still planning to install them? I'd love to follow your build - if you start a thread - and check out their performance gains, etc.
Did you ever figure out what works? I have the Cobb FMIC as well and have been wanting to install the CVFab hot and cold side pipes but am unsure if it'll fit or not.
Here's my 23'. So far it has the FP Forged wheels, Cobb FMIC, aFe intake, SDI top hat spacers, and Foutz 1/2" rear spacer lift. There's a few more things waiting for when I have more time.
I'm not sure that the 3/4" spacers was needed, as I wanted small amount of rake to remain, but I feel like it's very close to level at this point.
It is not.
@Johnny@Apollo-Optics Would the installation the SDI top hats require a recalibration, as, I may be wrong here, it's still adding small about of preload?
Also do you have any product information on the release, and specs, of the Gen 3 FRS? Last I heard was a late summer to end-of-year...
How about the rear bumper compatibility? I have an ADD Pro bolt on rear bumper that I would like to keep and install on the Gen 3 but can't find any confirmation either way.
