Would the hub effect vacuum, or would it just effect the ability of the actuator to engage properly?

Would the hub itself affect the vacuum? Or would it just affect the actuator’s ability to mesh when released?

That is what I was thinking it may be. I am having a hard time getting to it while it is happening so that I can attempt to pin-point the location.

It doesn't get worse. It comes on during idle, during driving, accelerating, decelerating. Nothing seems to effect it. It finally just stops for a while and then will come back on again.

Can anyone please tell me what may be the cause of this sound? It comes at random times on my 2018 Raptor. Thanks in advance.

Can anyone please tell me if what this connects to (or what it is supposed to connect to)? I bought my ‘first18 Raptor used and I’m not sure if it is an aftermarket part, or stock. The line it is connected to runs underneath the washer fluid reservoir. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
