That was in the BLM land just east of Arches, overlooking the Colorado River. The La Sal mountains are the ones in the background.

I went last year. I also had Donny as my instructor. He’s one crazy dude!
I learned so much about the technology in the truck. My profile picture is me doing the jump. There must have been 800+ pictures. I also got the video but rarely look at any of it.
I’d love to be able to go back like you...
I installed the E&G a week ago. It was a really easy install. You do have to remove the bottom of the console lid but that’s only one torx screw. Once the vault is in, you re-install the piece.
The vault is three self-tapping bolts through the bottom of the console. I don’t hear it rattle when...
Wow! I learned something new today. I did not know the Torque Converter could lock in 4th to 7th. I knew it could in the overdrive gears (8-10), but good to also know it will in the lower gears!
Thanks!
My understanding is that it becomes VIN locked. Ford sells the device itself for ~$400 with no tune. I saw a post on the interwebs that say you can use one on multiple vehicles, but since it does not apply to me I didn’t read it.
I did it myself. I see the boost jump sooner than it used to, and fall to vacuum later. It seems to hold boost longer. Max boost hasn’t seemed to change and varies based on conditions. I’ve seen between 16 and 19psi on any given day.
I bought and installed once I found the package at a discounted price. I have my reasons for not going with a 3rd party tune or a piggyback.
The transmission shifting is so much smoother now. I never had an issue with it but now understand what people were complaining about.
As far as power...
I just bought the extended warranty from Granger for both my '22 Raptor and my daughter's '24 Bronco. Best price anywhere. The premium plan includes full maintenance plus 1000 different parts. It's all listed on their site.
It's now called the Premium Extended Warranty and is re-branded from...
I went in April and now have an invite to Bronco Off-Roadeo because we ordered a 2024 Badlands. But… You can go to the Bronco course over and over. They also have 4 locations so it’s different in each area (Nevada, TX, Moab, New Hampshire).
93 from a Top Tier station (usually Sunoco or Shell). I used to use Sunoco Ultra 94 in everything but they stopped making it.
Those of you that are not using ethanol fuel, why not? It's better for your engine, leaves less deposits and runs cooler. Plus ethanol has more energy per volume than...
This is a great idea. I’d prefer a way to make the chase light yellow instead of red. But damn that extra reverse light would be great since the OEM ones barely illuminate.
