The instructors do one lap on the baja course and that is the only time someone needs to be in the back seat. You and the co-driver switch seats often so make sure to program your seat at the beginning of the day for a quick swap. There are good breaks if your worried about car sickness. In...
I attended May 3rd and its my second time attending (did the regular Raptor and now the R). You do have a co-driver, but you get plenty of seat time. They have added stuff to the R program since this thread was first started. The biggest difference is the R drivers have a personalized instructor...
I will be out there for the R class on May 3rd. This will be my second time as I went last June with my last Raptor. Knowing that I would get to go again for the R made the upgrade decision that much easier.

Sport did seem stiffer to me so I have been liking how Baja rides. Normal mode is just far to loose and it feels like you are rolling around on a boat when driving on surface streets.
Sport mode and then use the steering wheel button for suspension. You could also do this with all 3 steering...
I live in Chicago so the pot holes are pretty horrible here. I set my R button up for Quiet Exhaust, Sport Steering and Baja suspension. It might all be placebo effect, but I find the ride much better on the city surface streets and then I switch back to normal mode once I am on the highway...
