I would recommend if it is available in your area to hit up @GooseTuned and get yourself a set of the ID1050 injectors and the in my opinion "Holy Grail" stage 2 e85 tune. My truck feels incredibly better on E. Only downside is it is way too easy to light up the tires in 2wd.

If anybody that has this installed lives in Miami, FL I would love to hear the sound in person so I can decide whether or not to order this.

I had the same issue addressed at the end of 2022 and now my truck is making this noise and the Dealer said that Ford told them it is normal and there is nothing they can do.

I have the Cobb Carbon Fiber CAI installed on my truck and never had an issue for the few months I ran it without a tune. I would definitely recommend tuning the truck with @GooseTuned as the difference is night and day with the stage 2 tune and if you take it further and upgrade the injectors...

I installed it quite some time ago along with the Garret FMIC and I haven't had any issues. The blow off is only audible under heavy throttle / 6+ PSI for me.

Your Raptor should have it. I have a 22 and it has the Torsen LSD.

The BOV is definitely audible outside the truck. Just keep in mind that the Gen3 is significantly louder then the Gen2 so it is competing with the exhaust.

Its the same for me. With the windows up you cant really hear it. That is pretty funny. I remember a while there was something you could add to the intake of any N/A vehicle to make it make a fake blowoff noise.

I have an intercooler sitting in my garage. The issue is it requires the grill shutters to be removed. I’m pretty sure if I remove the shutters without the accessport I will have a CEL.

If I’m not mistaken, I don’t think the most recent Gen 2’s required tuning to have these parts installed.
