Someone has to be inside the truck and accept the prompt to activate the vehicle. It can't be done remotely. Usually done by someone moving the vehicle for transport.

That's not a good sign. Mine has been sitting at the rail yard just waiting to be picked up by a vehicle transport truck to be delivered to my dealer for going on 7 weeks. I'm not sure how much longer it's going to sit before they decide to move it. It was never on any sort of chip hold either.
