Have gone from a 2021 raptor, to a 2019 explorer and have now be been given a fusion to drive. This is incredible that you pay very good money and get the worst customer service ever.
Escalated as high as I can go at the moment. I have a Ford representative, however they continue to tell me to stick with the dealer. My problem with all of it is that the dealer didn’t build the truck, Ford did. Ford needs to get this figured out soon. They charge way too much for them...
I’m told it’s a headlight module with no ship date in site. I have reached out to Ford and they tried to put me in a rental car that they would gladly pay $60.00 a day for, the hiccup is economy rental cars at the moment are going for $110.00/day. Tough to stomach and additional $50.00 and...
30 days and still no truck or an idea when the part should arrive. Been a FORD guy my whole life, however this truck has been nothing but disappointing. For the cost of these vehicles they should just work. This one is just one problem after another.
So… if you happen to have a headlight go out. Be prepared to wait. I dropped this vehicle off in the 18th of November, the problem has been diagnosed. However there are no light modules to be had. These are very expensive vehicles to have so many problems. Would anyone by chance know how to...
I cannot believe these trucks. I would think for the price they should work pretty darn good. No headlights, the Ford mother ship will only pay 60 dollars a day for a rental car, and now a pretty good clunk coming from the rear end. Where does this end? Any ideas in the clunk?
Taking it back to the dealer I bought it from tomorrow for the headlight issue. Ford will only pay for $60.00/day rental car. At the moment an economy car is $96.00/day. Have always been a Ford guy, however this truck is pushing me to looking at other brands. Have spoken with Ford agent and...
Brand new. Truck has had 3 batteries and a an update to the system. Problem solved until tonight. Now passenger headlight isn’t working. Has anyone else experienced this?
Well after 3 batteries and a system update it was all going good. Tonight however the passenger headlight has decided to quit working. Any ideas? Is this still some sort of battery issue? Also just had the first oil change which took them 3 hours as the tech stated the filter was crossed...
I am glad I'm not crazy. After 3 batteries you sure would think someone would think there might be a bigger problem. I LOVE Ford. However they are getting me on this one. Tough to pay so much money and have to carry a jump start box with you everywhere you go. I've spoken with Ford and they...
Next week will be the 3rd dealership it has been to. It’s like they really don’t want to figure it out. Almost like they just have a book they read from and the battery is the first thing they change. As long as it throws no codes they feel like there isn’t a problem. Cool thing is I now...
3 batteries so far. I agree they should be able to isolate it. Some of the early 2021 f150 had phantom battery drain and I’m starting to think it’s trickling over to these. Have gotten 2 reports from the truck saying it’s gone into deep sleep mode.
