I'm kinda looking for a set, but I'm in Texas south of San Antonio. Seems like when I see a set for sale they're too far away to go get them and no one wants to ship.
I've had several unsolicted offers to buy mine. Most recently when I had the brakes done, transfer case, front and rear differential fluid changed, the service tech asked me if I was interested in selling. Despite my offer for a straight trade on 2024 Raptor R, he wasn't interested.
I have to make an appointment to get mine reprogrammed. I figure it hasn't happened in 10 years, it'll be good for at least a couple more weeks. I forgot to have the transfer case fluid drained and filled when I went in to fix the HVAC blower motor and actuator door fixed and for the front/rear...
I called the dealership just had my truckat to fix the actuator door in the HVAC system. My service rep confirmed the recall when he put my VIN in the system.
Just got notified that there is a new recall on my 2014 Raptor to repgram the PCM. I copied and pasted below the information below. Might want to get yours checked out too.

Well, my truck won't be ready till sometime next week. Told the service advisor it was okay since I have another verhicle to drive. I don't want to be that guy ranting and raving at the poor guy for things out of his control . I damn sure don't want them to rush the job and do subpar work.
The...
It's just a generic cooler that looks like a small radiator and mounts to the front of the stock radiator. All I have to do is route the tubing, mount it, and fill it up.
I did the same upgrades too. The dipstick and the larger transmission cooler. I have a power steering fluid cooler but need to find the time/energy to accomplish the install.
Got an answer back from the dealeship and it was one of the actuator doors that broke off and went into the blower motor just like you said. I have the CarMax warranty on my truck so that is 100% covered minus the $50 deductible. Their warranty is painless to use. All the service tech had to do...
It would be par for the course as soon as I pay off my Raptor, I'd have a problem with something that needs to be fixed. So, I dropped it off at the dealership to have the HVAC blower motor and the 4x4 system looked at. All of a sudden the blower motor sounded like it was way out of balance and...
I've logged a few more trips with the trailer and the Raptor. It pulls like a dream. Went to Corpus Christi and are planning another trip to Fredericksburg for a wine tour soon.
That happened to a friend of mines F150. He was driving down the highway and he noticed smoke billowing out the rear. He pulled over and WOOOHHHFF! The fire was coming out from under the front wheel wells. He jumped out and the whole truck was fully engulfed in just a few minutes. Burned it down...
I've had a few people approach me asking if I was interested in selling mine. I've gotten notes put under the wiper asking the same with a phone number to call. It gets a little annoying but I take it as a compliment. I have no intentions of ever selling.
Standard published minimum contract specification requirements. 64lpm, SNR 25, Halo max of 1, EBI 3. Those are the numbers I look at. In reality, most Omni-VIII tubes I've seen perform way better than that. I'd have to send those into Ident Marking to have them tested for actual specs.
As much money as alot of the people spend on their Raptors, they could have a great set of top of the line night vision binos (and a backup set) and all the required accessories to run pistols and rifles with said night vision.
Not really a "What did you do to your Raptor today" post but I recently acquired a pair of really clean and crispy set of night vision image intensifier tubes to swap into my Mod3b Manual Gain Night Vision Goggles.
The Omni-VII tubes were fine, but I can get a bit more low light performance...
The longer the 7.3 is out, there will be more and more aftermarket support for the motor and swaps into other vehicles that require electronics to run. When I see that there are 7.3L Godzillas going into our beloved Gen 1 Raptor with few issues, I'll be seriously considering it.
