I use this. I spray it into the rockers and bottom of cab , box channels.
I also spray it into the lap joints on the frame.
The straight rubber strip on the cab at the bottom of the doors, I pop out the clips and spray in there also. The door sill is multiple layers of sheetmetal. You want to...
My '13 Raptor has the sunroof, wish it didn't as I never use it.
Plenty of threads about doing the mod to move the drains.
I did it on mine. Had to extend the hoses to get them out of the rockers.
I also use a creeping spray that seeps into joints and seams. I spray that into the cab corners...
I welded a -10 fitting on the right front corner of the trans pan. Made the dipstick tube out of -10 line with a section of metal tubing at the top. Got a dipstick out of earlier ford pu and built the tube to be calibrated to the length of the dipstick.
Haha you wouldn't be from Twin Falls ID would you?
I was there about 2 weeks ago and saw a Raptor with basically no front shocks. It was driving in a parking lot and hit a speed bump... I'm sure it's still bouncing. LOL
Since the rear bumper was off I decided to fix the scrapes and dents in the bumper ends. I banged out the dents and sanded it down for fresh paint.
I found some Prius paint that was a near perfect match to repaint the bumper with.
With Prius paint my Raptor is more ECO friendly.
Sprayed the box with tinted light gray Raptor liner. Then reinstalled the box onto the frame.
The fender liners , flares and mud flaps all went together very easily. I made a aluminum mounting bracket to help support the inner lower edge of the liner.
When you lift off the box there are 2 grounds that need some attention.
Liners all riveted and ready for install when the box is back on.
Next thing to do is roll the box back down and spray in the Raptor box liner.
Started on the rear inner fender liner install along with all the other things I'm doing at the same time.
Picked up regular F150 rear liners and they are close but the outer lip is way wrong.
I took the box off the truck to clean the bottom and rust paint where the liners will be and to make...
I've had 3 extremely interested people that wanted to buy my 2013 Raptor.
One guy wanted to trade his 2021 Tremor for it.....NOT interested.
I sold a guy a 2012 Escape back in 2020 and he contacted me in 2022 wanting to buy my Raptor.
The third guy was the nearest Ford dealer that wanted my...
Did some checking today with the rear wheel well liners.
From the pinch weld in they fit great. They should, it's just he same as a regular truck.
From the pinch weld out they will need to be cut off on orange line in pic.
The green tape spots are where I will attach the flat HDPE out under the...
Picked up a pair of regular f150 rear liners from Rough Country.
They are made from HDPE plastic.
I also have flat sheet HDPE. I intent to widen and reform the outer lip to make it fit a raptor.
I also picked up some paint and I'm waiting for the Raptor liner for the box.
Be patient... I will...
My 2013 was part of the last batch for reprogramming. Being a certified tech ,I don't want anyone touching my truck.
But after seeing pics of another members crash as a result of the sudden downshift I had mine done.
His Raptor was totalled after the trans went into first at 60 mph.
Rather...
