Hi. Having same problems with hard shifting on my F-150 Raptor 2018 model, special from 4th to 5th gear, but some other gears as well. It`s special hard when doing manual shifting, not that much in Drive. Same if it`s in Sport or Normal mode. Is there a way to update tcm/pcm with the ForScan...

Hi again. I now have Sync3 Software ver. 3.4 Build 20196 in the car, but as earier mentioned I ticed off NA for Map version, I would like EU, can I do changes with ForScan or do I need downloading EU version from CyanLabs and then do any ForScan changes?

Thanks @blwn I will try updating today and see how it goes :-) Just one question, CyanLabs says when choosing NEW VERSION, you should choose same Region as you already are in. (Current version for this vehicle are NA) CyanLabs does not support changing Region, you may need to do some changes...

Hi again @blwn Everything work fine after updating with Folder2 as you said, the car is okay, thank you for your expertise :-) Do you know if it`s possible to get Map for Europe to this car? The car is imported from US to Norway. Thanks ;-)

Thanks for all the help and explanation. I talked to the dealer yesterday, they might help next week, cause their technical manager was on holiday. Hope for the owner's sake that they manage to update without him physically having to change module. Expect it to be an expensive affair. ;-)
