I unfortunately have a set of matte that has been peeling. I sent Snag a DM on asking how I can fix this, but haven't heard back. Does anyone out there know what steps I can take? I really don't want to put the originals back on and have this be a waste. Thanks in advance for any support.
Insurance is great. My wife's camry (great, but hate car), was stolen in July of 2020 out of our driveway. In order to not contribute to vehicle damage, we left the fob in the car. To make matters worse, we left BOTH fobs in the car. PD recovered the vehicle a week or so later and insurance...
I have had a PC on my 2020 for over a year now. I have a 100,000 mile warranty that I do not want to void so the tune is out of the question for me.
Stock, in Normal Mode, you will feel a delay, especially when you need the power most at take off. The PC significantly helps this.
Without the...
Sucks! Glad the thief wasn't successful. Can someone please help me understand how the faraday bag would have helped in this situation? Can a thief clone or mess with a fob that is inside the home, from outside? If so, I am getting on ASAP. Thanks in advance!!!
Welcome! FYI, @PorterW1111 is a flipping genius with building trucks. I put a lot of weight in what he says. You have options to raise your truck and he can probably guide you to what you are looking for with the best overall results.
@CoronaRaptor, c'mon man! only two beers in four hours? Do...
I found that my driver seat clips were not fastened after I bought my 2020. I pulled the seats out when I installed a UHF radio in the center console. When the seats were out, I clipped it back into place. It's not ideal, but really was a piece of cake.
Whew!!! What a bunch of well-informed and well-intentioned garbage to read through. I think it is fair and honest to say that these two trucks are still in different classes. The TRX is not meant to run Baja. Never was. Which is why I puked in my mouth when I heard the TRX has a Baja mode. W T...
In the past I have never purchased the extended warranty. However, after the sunroof broke twice on my last ford for a whopping $1600 per incident, I did purchase it on my 2020 Raptor.
The time I spent complaining to Ford Customer Service about my last truck's sunroof, plus the intense...
I know that this is a different issue, but mine would go off for "no reason" sometimes. Other times I would know that it went off because of a chopper or loud vehicle passing by. I had the dealer reduce the sensitivity and have not had an issue since.
That price is RIDICULOUS! I think I didn't get great terms and spent $2995 on an 8 year 100,000 mile warranty at the time of purchase. They are quoting a price that is 50% higher with three fewer years...
When I first saw this post, I thought, "F#%K! I am not ready this whole long-ass post." Then I started reading it and finished every word. Great points, @Badgertits. Also, great handle. It has been making me laugh consistently for a long time.
Like many, I really do off road my truck regularly...
Neither of sunroofs that broke on my truck leaked, until they wouldn't close. The defect was in the use of plastic parts, which broke on both.
I need to be sure that I properly maintain this one. I never did any lubing on those that broke.
I have the pano, but would have ordered without. I had a sunroof on my 2007. I used it quite a bit (flipped up with back window open for circulation mostly) and it broke in 2014. There was no "fix" for it and I had to pay $1200 to get it replaced. Well, it broke again in 2017. I argued up and...
Those are some awesome photos! I am heading to Vegas in June and typically fly. However, the Stateline to Baker trail is making me think that I need to take the Raptor. Thanks for sharing! I will have a chat with the W and see what she thinks about driving now. It is only 4 to 5 hours, which is...
