Not that I don't think it is a flaw, but the manual describes this kind of problem when using a pressure washer to clean the truck. Here is a pic of an original showing what I describe above.
The Rocky mountain decals are not anywhere close to the original. The originals are layered. They actually have ridges in the black background giving an almost 3D affect. These are not. Nor are any I've seen. Yes I have the same problem with my 2019. There should be a way to FIX this problem...
On my 2019, all of a sudden the windshield washer started dumping all the water under the truck when I turned it on. I took it to the dealer thinking whatever the problem was it would be covered by the ext warranty. They did not describe the actual problem to me. They told me to fix it they had...
Just had mine done. Llumar CTX 30 all the way around back and sides. Font windshield and moon roof llumar AIR 80 clear. It is slightly darker from the inside out. But much darker from the outside in. Just drove it from the shop to work. I like... Total $550
I know this is an old thread but I was wondering if Ford will do this TSB as a warranty even if I don't actually hear anything abnormal? I sure would like them to do it instead of me.
I'm the only owner. So the TSB is only done if you have the issue? Not to prevent the issue? Since Ford is the only one to change my oil thus far, would they not be aware if I had the issue? I've not had any TSB notification come via FordPass about the issue.
I get a notification when ever "Chicago" is playing telling me what channel it is on. Don't have any idea how I set up that notification. How do I get rid of it please?
Man that look just like mine did back in 2020. See in this thread:

Here is what they found between the glass and the truck.
Took me a while to convince them it was cracked from the inside but Ford replaced it and left...
I use a five gallon bottle of distilled water and a marine grade was down pump. My leaf blower to dry it. Then Beadmaker application. All on a ceramic treated Raptor. I only hand wash once every 3 months or so. I use a touchless car was down the road for normal bi-weekly cleanings. Just wash...
I found this:
The sensor is mounted in contact with the inside of the windshield, near the rear view mirror. The sensor projects infrared light into the windshield at a 45-degree angle. If the glass is dry, most of this light is reflected back into the sensor by the front of the windshield...
Well it does more than detect rain droplets. I senses how much rain and controls the speed of the wipers. More rain, faster the wipers sweep. No rain, no sweep. The thing is, it doesn't work right. I'm wondering where the sensor is so I can make sure it's clear. I am having the same issue...
I had my 2019 windshield crack back early 2020. It was a warranty replacement as it cracked on the inside because they left a piece of metal in there between the glass and frame. Is the automatic windshield washer one of the things that require calibration? I finally had a chance to use it on...
2 weeks ago I had the LLumar Air 80 installed on the windshield. I have had no issues with any water. Nor have I any issues with polarized glasses. I just hopw that I never have to use a sun visor again. Can I be confident that one is no longer needed?
