I don’t think anyone expects luxury car interior just because recaro upholstered the seats lol. But for the f-150 it is the highest end look. The blue is unique and looks great w alcantara.
Love mine, gives an upscale look and feel for sure. Didn’t even care about it but truck I found had it, as soon as I opened the door I was thrilled with it. One of my favorite parts of this truck.
I just bought a ready ramp. Serves as a cool looking bed extender as well as ramp. Happens to be cheaper than most all the just bed extender options so the ramp is free lol.
I did the Builtright and just run a ratchet strap or 2 across to create a divider. Looks more polished to me than a board and can be stored away obviously very easily.
Horrible to read this, I feel for you putting holes in the truck for this ************* and such horrible service.
I’d recommend changing the thread title so it gives the warning without someone reading all the details!
Would also let them know you’ll be leaving this review any and...
Makes sense. The seat structure is a critical safety item so the recaros are built on the same as normal seats. As long as the trim cover was able to give access it would work as you found.
Yeah I did not enjoy mounting shit on my bedside panels after installed lol.
Thanks for confirming!
I figured it would as the seat structure has to be identical, but was not sure if the bottom attachments would have access to the structure through trim.
Not sure what to store on one but I want it nonetheless.
Do you have enough channels to try bi-amping and fill active? Would be curious if you could try comparing what you can achieve… of course would take more time haha.
My opinion is you should get wider fenders or it will look like ignorance of offsets.
With 20s there’s no chance it would just look more like a baja racer. Maybe w 17s of the right style it would.
Unless you run 33x20 and then it will be obviously on purpose like those California guys…...
Was for me, but only you can decide on that $30k jump.
I had a ram 1500 in between my 19 and 23… but considered another gen 2 but glad I got the 3. Interior, “power” and rear suspension all markedly better.
I don’t understand the color match of fender flares, or anything else on these trucks. Especially on the light colors it makes the look and stands out. All white and 20s this looks like a lariat or whatever to me.
I have found that a good “local shop” isn’t as easy to find these days … so do your research. None around me I trust too much.
The vendors here can take care of you if you’re willing to install yourself.
Sound deaden the doors and get the door hole blockers from sounds good? not real easy but cost effective at least.
No magic bullets here. I started w 3k budget and am over double it and waiting for my plug and play system from soundsgoodstereo lol.
Not possible people with personal experience upgrading (it is an upgrade ) … nope just assumptions they have the best. Or is that one defensive owners of other versions are doing without driving a new one?
