Just a follow up as well to my previous post and drama with Evil ordering a rear bumper. While I like the aesthetics of the bumper it came with a dent in the plate that had to be there pre-powder coat as there was no sign of trauma, and given the plate thickness if it had happened in shipping...
Show me the link to that bumper for a Gen 1? Or reach out to SVC and see if they make that bumper for a Gen 1 and let me know. (I already know the answer) BTW, great looking bumper, I wish I could get one!
It matches my SVC front, but you can get it with sensors, hitch and lights. EVERYTHING I have bought from SVC is top notch, but they do not make one with parking sensors.
FWIW, Order in June, week after week after week of excuses, always shipping this Friday or Next Monday nope had a powder coat defect, got scratched back on a pallet and ready to ship....and finally canceled the charge with my bank last week. Still have not heard from Doug. Sad part is the bumper...
I have cash, but there are so many scammers, the last post got deleted rightly so as his phone number was all over several forums where people sent money and he disappeared. If you have the goods I am a buyer!
For almost every product commented on here you will have a number people who had issues, what is hard is knowing how many have successfully run them. I will also say on my last truck I had continual challenges with the factory quick disconnects leaking, not enough to see but enough to wipe out...
I pulled the quick disconnect collars off the oil cooler nipple and was able to slide the hose all the way on. There is a raised ridge that should work fine to hold it on. I will let you know long term.
For anyone that has upgraded to the Mishimoto silicone radiator hoses, or frankly any brand, what are you doing for the lower hose where the two smaller tubes mount to the oil cooler. My quick disconnect fittings are junk after getting oil dripped on them, but there is no barb on the oil cooler...
I bought a set of RPG UCAs used and am trying to get the baseline setting for the rod ends. Does anyone know how many turns out as a baseline?
thanks Dennis
Hi Guys, I bought one of these from GJ and ended up selling the Raptor it was intended for and am trying to get it wired into my Tremor. I grabbed this picture off the internet, my wiring is essentially identical, I have three wires in the big white connector on the upper right, I have my brake...
BTW, I forgot to mention, since you no longer have a volume dial, tune dial, or driver or driver and passenger side HVAC control, you are doing this all via the gui. Turning on your seat heat or ac is all done via the gui. If your wondering what all those numbers are on the video above, those...
First, let me get my disclaimer out of the way: I know forums can come off very direct, my goal here is not to pick a fight with forum members, I do however want to make sure a vendor with a crappy product does not take advantage of another member here.
That being said
Thanks Dr Phil, but it's...
I am definitely not mad at you, I would like to make sure everyone who buys this goes into the purchase eyes wide open. If anything my concern was your comment "I just installed mine yesterday and have not had any of the issues above."
In reality you did see the polarization issue, and I would...
Then you are not using them with polarized sunglasses, you have not tried CarPlay using your factory USB ports, and I doubt you have hit the majority of the buttons in a day. I am sure over time the software will get better and the glitches will be fixed but I was told by Walt, the polarization...
Sorry i forgot to come back and post it. FWIW, I have an almost new, in like new condition, Gen II on eBay right now. If you are thinking of trying one of these, buy mine and save yourself $300-400, if you do not like it sell it.

I just finished removing my Linkswell Gen II Tesla style radio from my 2016 Plaptor. I have heard many people suggest Phoenix Android Radios have poor customer service, I can tell you that my experience with Linkswell has been lackluster at best. I think this unit is poorly executed junk and...
I bought the Linkswell Gen II unit and am VERY disappointed. The unit is both buggy as hell and dangerous to use. If you live in a sunny state and wear polarized sunglasses the screen is black. I did a full write up on I am willing to share on the details if anyone is interested. Linkswell will...
