I bought my 23 from Bud Cross Ford in Caldwell Texas. It's a tiny dealership, I got my truck for MSRP 10 days after it arrived and the buying process took 1.5 hours from walk-in to drive-out. Can't say I've ever dealt with a dealer that was so dam good.
Man, I can't really blame these guys, It's money and if they could make it and sell it they would. What's more interesting to me is the utter lack of parts for this engine.. in comparison to some other performance vehicles.
I looked all over that atrocious website, and could not find those. Initially, I ordered a Ford drop-in bed liner with my points but they sent it without anyone brackets to my dealership so I need to keep it simple for Ford so they don't **** it up again.
Plenty of small AC units at lowes, you just have to pipe out the hot air they produce, and a third part monitoring device to monitor the Temps.
If I can make one suggestion, k9s have cars especially built for this, with monitors, auto roll down windows, alarms and pagers. One failed the other...
For the Texas peeps, there is a little dealership called Bud Cross Ford in Caldwell, got my 23 at sticker there and the whole transaction took about 2 hours from start to finish. I'd keep an eye on their inventory, good dealership.
Some sort of touch sense would be nice. I use it on long Texas straight highways and I typically rest my 4 fingers from my left hand on the bottom 6 o'clock position and I still get the warning. If the weight is to prevent the chime no harm no foul imo. If it's to lay back and nod, yeah that's...
Are you dense boy? I'm not saying it changes gears like a multi million dollar race, I'm jokingly saying it changes gears fast. Calm the **** down top gear, you're why people key raptors you arrogant **** sucker.
The transmission already changes gears ridiculously fast. Are you talking about when the truck "decides" to change gears and not the actual gear change itself? My 23 sounds like an F1 car in Baja mode.
Ok here's the real question, Ford says it's good for 80 something hours.. ok.. what does Ford say about leaving our trucks just idling?
Like I live in Texas and camp and want to camp.with the wife. I'd be more interested in ot powering a small tent AC unit but can the truck run all nigjt with...
Any performance numbers for this tune? Any Gen 3 guys taken it to the track? Have a 23 so I'll have to wait but I'm interested. My only concern is a decrease in longevity.
I mean... but why? Why wouldn't it be his "thing"? What because he's never paid MSRP? The majority of Raptor owners if we are counting all units sold from Gens 1-3 likely paid under MSRP.. this isn't a Bugatti.
Hey guys hopefully someone has experienced this before. I started having random long cranks about a year ago. I initially thought it was a bad battery because I was coming up on 90xxx miles. So I replaced that and the problem persisted. Finally, I got so tired of the problem I took it to a very...
Agreed, there is a delusional belief that Raptors are really special and that their resale is insane and bulletproof. This is usually based on the fact that there are ADMs and that people have sold theirs with miles for the same as or sometimes even more than they paid for them.. Here's the...
Kool-aid thick in here. Have everything replaced, Honda Accords don't come with defects like that and 100k is luxury car territory and it wouldn't be acceptable in a BMW, Mercedes etc. Some of the attitude here is the same attitude your carnival worker dealership employee will give you, don't...
Was looking at a limited to maybe hold me over until the 2023 f250s roll out in good numbers but I noticed something on the window sticker. Messaging seats delete, self park delete, blue cruise delete.. they made it seem like added options lol
