It's the Power Control Module (googled it) and i removed it because it made the splicing easier and my hot wires to the Aux switches were taped very well to the bottom of it initially. I'm just a fool for trying to turn the truck on to test the splicing before i reconnected it. Which brings up...- Redsox401

So i just got done installing some fog lights. disconnected the battery during install. also disconnected the connector (name?) i am touching in the photo below to have more room for the wiring and clean up after. Like an idiot i accidentally tried to start the truck before that connected was...- Redsox401
