Mine has done same. 2024 elongated start about 3-4 times in the first 800 miles. Didn't run too rough after starting though. Started idling normal pretty quickly.

Stay grinding on the dealership and Ford. If it sits in the shop for 30 consecutive days it's automatic buy back from Ford. I have experience with these motors although I am not a certified tech. I'm calling it now. Supercharger pulley. Also open a case with Ford customer service.

Ahhh you are correct! Should be perfect for a mid there. Can that space house a 3” or 3 1/2” speaker there?

Hi All, Is the gen 2 Cobb or K&N filter the same as gen 3? Wanting to get one for my 2021 but having a hard time figuring this out. Anyone done one, and if so, which one did you use?

Respectfully, this effects nothing as it's before any sensor that reads air and it's where air begins into the motor. Also you'll need a deep socket 10MM with an extension to take off engine cover FYI. Using an extendable magent to put the nuts back on helps too. ;)

Yep bought just the passenger side and truck runs just fine with it. No RPM change anywhere. Have had 2 other raptors, 19 and 20 and both ran just fine with passenger side only JLT as well.

Same for me, it didn't do it for the first 8000 miles on my 2021. I think I found mine. Pulled the engine cover the other day and saw a big oil build up on the PCV line from passenger head to front of manifold. Haven't pulled the cover since the truck had 1000 miles on it. Pulled it at 12,400...

Went to Amsoil SS in factory weight with their matching filter since day one. Plenty of data out there that shows Amsoil's filter outperforms Fords. I will say Fords is not bad at all though. Truck doesn't burn oil and runs great. Have 10k miles on the oil now. Did this to my 2019 and 2020...

I know on the Gen 2's a lot of people were saying their truck ran smoother/better on 1 step cooler plugs, especially if tuned. Has anyone done this on the Gen 3? If so what plug?

At WOT do you know what your factory boost guage is reading? Mine is 19psi. I went with their 87-93 performance/towing tune. The 91-93 octane tune scares me due to low quality fuel in my area.

Interesting responses. I was a little upset at first but put this new tune in and all seems to be well now. I can go WOT problem free. Will prob still data log it to make sure it's all good.

Update: So they sent me a new tune and it was a little easier than I first thought it would be. Loaded the new tune in yesterday. So far the truck seems to run a lot better. Still kinda scared to got WOT but that is the next test. Will keep yall posted.
