    I have always performed my own oil changes since new. Mobil 1 full synthetic. First at 2600 miles. Then at 7600 miles. Now I'm at a little over 10k.     As far as turning is concerned I'm always worried that Ford turned the engine the way they did for a reason. If someone wants to keep their truck for many miles 200k + , tuning will only wear out the engine and associated components faster . Thoughts ? Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
