I have a 2023, the R button has stopped working probably around 8 times in the 16 months & 32k miles that I have had it. It doesn't work for a day or two, then it starts working again. If you have enough patience, and don't feel like disconnecting your battery, it will probably start working...
My wife has been telling me for the past 5 or so years to get my hearing checked (I'm 56) and I told her there's no chance of me wearing hearing aids until I'm 60 so why bother get tested early.. I know I don't hear as well as I use to, but it's still good enough. I still have 4 more...
Don't remember seeing this over a year ago, would have been a better read if there were details, obviously we'll never find out, so we don't make the same mistake this guy made (probably overloaded or unbalanced load in the trailer which is an easy mistake to not make). I've driven 10k+ miles...
My '23's, on a 5000 mile road trip pulling a camper, 8-9mpg, oil change meter told me oil change required before I even hit 5000 miles. My typical driving oil change meter would be about every 10k miles, I normally change it every 5k full synth. I had changed my oil a couple days before this...
I have an 18 and a 50-liter portable fridge in my truck. The 50 would fit behind the front seats in my Gen2 with no problem @ 14" deep. In my Gen3, pictured, it wouldn't fit so it became the truck bed fridge for weekend trips and groceries, (I brought it to the beach with my 20Ah Lithium...
Sam's 93 in my raptors since I got my first in 2017. Only time I've used 87 is when prices went over $4 for a few months. Currently 3.63/gallon, always the cheapest around me. Never had a problem with Sam's gas. There is a noticable power difference with premium/regular when getting on it.
After the fabric, mine works most of the time. I'll get the tpms error maybe a couple times a month instead of every few days. Looking forward to getting the tsb done. Thanks @FordTechOne
Use all of the fabric you have. The more layers, the more blocking. Gotta get the harness side covered and tucked good too. I pulled mine off and made sure all was tucked, placed and layered good. Tpms updates even better now.
Yep, another drive and it updated real time! Thanks @22Raptor37_JQ for the solution and going through the hassle with Ford trying to fix it! No more waiting for Ford to acknowledge the problem or even having to leave it with then to fix if they ever to have a solution. I did take the inverter...
I thought that was just the air flow tube over there on the side. I covered up that side good too and looks like it, front left tire, was updating like it should! My front tires are pretty much the same pressure right now. A few more rides to confirm before I celebrate!!
I covered the inverter on the driver's side with overlap, left the fan intake unobstructed. Went ahead and covered the battery too for good measure. 20 minute drive, not long enough for the warning but one tire, on the left side as usual, didn't change pressure while the other three did. Where...
Currently the only way I've found to constantly see what gear you're in is to get a OBD2 Bluetooth Scan Tool, purchase Car scanner app or a similar app that has the gear and you can have the current gear and some other data while you're at it, on your phone (on Android at least). Not optimal...
That "randomly faulty TPMS" might be your pro power interfering with the signal. The faulty TPMS messages pops up on drives that are more than 20 minutes or so, takes that long for the system to see it's not getting the signal. Unless you don't have pro power, then you could actually have...
Went from Gen2 to 37pp, would do it again. Computer shows I get a little less miles to the tank, a little under 500 full where before it was a little over. Typically I drive a mix of highway on the weekends and city during the week, not too aggressive driving. I average around 50 miles a day...
Do you wave when the other raptor's front window is tinted and you can't even see if anyone's in it? Too many of these in my area. I'll thumbs up if I can see the driver and in the mood or if they wave first, 50/50 I get a response. Have yet to see a chick Raptor driver.
Pulled up next to a...
I've put them up & down many times since install and I think one bumped back down one time then it went back up auto just fine. When installing just make sure you pay attention to where it says to put the tabs, on the outside of the rubber.
