I have 50K on original KO2's. Noisy. Not much wet traction. No crawling on them. If I can get around Chicago this fall, will replace them in the spring. Otherwise earlier!
Have an '18 screw. Water on the passenger side floor and a sloshing sound after a rain. Dealer traced it to a leaking vent on the passenger side behind the seat. Had to move the bed to fix it. Look outside between the bed and cab and you'll see it.
I have a stock '18. Love almost everything about it but manual mode. 10 speeds to shift through is too many for me. It would be much more pleasant to only have a 5 speed. Say 1-3-5-7-9. Driving through the rolling hills of Kentucky with those gears would be almost as much fun as a stick. Anyone...
Checked my '18 with a straightedge on the outside of the tire and measured from it to the outside of the fender. About 3/4" at the front and 3/8" at the rear on the left and 7/8" at the front and 3/8 at the rear on the right. L/R tire pressures were 41/42 psi. Lots of possible errors in this...
Don't forget your winch has a circuit breaker. I tried to winch myself out of a river bottom and immediately blew the breaker. Wouldn't have gotten out without a snatch block to double the pull and reduce the load on the winch. Battery wasn't a problem.
Twice last summer, about 2am, I had the alarm go off while the truck was parked in my driveway. It was locked and no damage occurred. Fordpass warned me both times. I thought it was an anomaly. I guess not!
