Thanks for the info guys! I’ve done some digging on the IWE system and it sounds like you’re right. Today I will try switching to 4A when it happens to see if it goes away.
So I know this topic has been discussed at length but my symptoms are a little different. On my 2017 it doesn’t happen at startup or at idle. It is after it warms up and while maintaining speed. Usually in 9th or 10th gear and between 1000-2000 RPM. I’ll be calmly going down the road, again...
The saga continues. I picked up my truck from the dealership (they have to order the APIM). I had to go to a couple of places to get some stuff and I noticed the screen wasn’t turning off when I turn off the truck and get out. It just stays on indefinitely. Called the dealership and they said...
Update: Just heard back from the dealership and apparently my truck needs a new APIM. The Accessory Protocol Interface Module (APIM) is basically the SYNC computer.
My navigation has completely stopped functioning. When the truck is first started the location shown is completely inaccurate. Then after a few minutes, a small icon appears in the lower left corner of the map screen that has the letters "GPS" with a red strike through them. Coupled with...
I feel your pain. This is super annoying. The other issue is that if the iPod Classic is left plugged into the USB port, when I turn off my truck and turn it back on an error message appears saying "USB device unresponsive" or something to that effect.
The issue I am having is when I insert the USB stick with the update files, I get the following error message: "Installation Failed. MEM_ERR01. Please download files and try again". I have formatted the memory stick to exFAT per the instructions on owner.ford.com. The only thing I can think...
I have a '17 SCREW and I am having trouble with the twin panel moon roof. In normal operation, when the moon roof is opened, the first thing it does is drop the back part down and so it can slide to the rear. Mine appears to be having trouble dropping down. It seems like it is getting bound...
Looks great. I'm going to be getting mine done soon. My bed is already getting scratched up and I've only had the truck a few weeks.

I asked the same question when I bought my truck from a dealer ~250 miles from where I live. I was told it doesn't matter where you are in the US, the warranty follows the truck.
Hopefully I never have to find out.
I have a '17 SCREW, 802A, with Sync 3. Whenever I park my truck, turn it off, and get out after my phone was connected via Bluetooth, the ringer volume on my phone has been adjusted to the max level. I usually keep the ringer volume around halfway but once it has been connected to the truck it...
Anyone that doesn't remove this 1/2 mile long whip antenna before going through an automatic car wash deserves a $6000 repair bill. I'll steal Dave Ramsey's name for it: Stupid Tax.
I took my '17 SCREW through the Wiki Wiki Carwash in south Charlotte the other day and it turned out great. No damage and it did an excellent job. Plus the name of the car wash is fun to say.
Capital Ford in Charlotte, NC and Fort Mill Ford in Fort Mill, SC. Both asking $10k over sticker. I told them both to take a long walk off a short pier. :flipthebird:
Bought from Hastings Ford in Greenville, NC. Paid sticker price.
Sorry if this has been posted before. If so please link to it.
My Raptor has no bed liner at all currently. I am considering my options on addressing this and Line-X seems to be what most here are using. I have also heard of Rhinolining. I would appreciate some input regarding one versus the...
Before we rolled off the dealer lot. Had it for three days now and love it. Stubby antenna ordered and on the way; no other mods planned for now.

It had been discussed at length when we looked at them a few weeks ago. Truth is when I called her about this one she actually had to somewhat talk me into it.
If I had just rolled up in a new truck with out having a conversation with her, divorce would be the best I could hope for. Severe...
