Equally frustrated with the same issues. I've had the APIM replaced 2 times now and it has only gotten worse. Ford's stance on this is "they are aware of the issues and will have a software update OTA 4th quarter 2024.
Does anyone know if there is a way to adjust the auto-lift tailgate whether through forscan or ???. use case, when I am parked on an incline (driveway) and I engage the auto tailgate to bring it back up, it will get there ALMOST, and bounce back down. Level ground is fine most of the time.
thats not correct. he sent me a screenshot of all of the pending updates including one that is having problems updating that I knew about and he didn't until he logged in. Looks like he is a dealer from the screenshot.

I dont know about your vehicle, but I also have a 23 and the DSP Software part number that is needing updating on mine is ML3T-14C589-BM. Mine goes in next week, so I dont know if this is going to do anything or not. Its just the "audio digital signal processing module" that hasnt been updated...
Yeah, I've already had the APIM replaced and it didn't fix the Carplay problem so it has to go back anyway. I get intermittent crackle in the headliner speaker, so I would think they would do it. the problem is they are always so booked up so they'll have the truck for 2 weeks.

I only got an order confirmation. No VIN so far. But I see more recent orders going through here and am wondering if I should place multiple orders. Seems like multiple orders just messes up the whole ordering queue for Ford..
So, if Ford confirms your order, does it mean you'll get the truck though it may just take a while? My letter from Ford even stated it was an early 2023 order, but, so far crickets.. Seems wrong they would acknowledge the order and then not deliver.. I did have to wait a while on my 17.
