I am careful about height... 7' 2" garages and your hitting the factory antenna... and we have a few low ceiling garages that I wont drive in with the Raptor but there's usually street or open area parking.
regarding width... whoever claims they're too wide should certainly not own one...
Just traded our 2017 with blown turbos for a 2019... bought ESP in 2016 for $1800 when we took delivery of the '17, had 52K miles on the truck got $800 returned for unused warranty portion and am buying the 8yr/100K/same day rental, lightbulbs etc. for $1800 and change.. maybe $1850... either...
I was told similar, but, if your trading you have to negotiate. Traded a 2017 with 52K miles and got 52K (original msrp 65k) for the trade. New Raptor was MSRP 73,339 reduced to 70,000... threw in lifetime drive train, lifetime oil and tire rotations. I am getting the balance of the Ford ESP 8...
Ha... well looks good on paper but... only one person permitted... can't even buy someone else a seat... kind of stinks Ford... ain't gonna buy 2 Raptors for us both to go....
Ford take note... for 70k vehicle anyone on the first issue title should be able to go...
I think I'm lost... this can't be FRF... sounds like something from a tuner forum... 16 yo with a can of spray and bad ideas...
Best advice I could give is step away from the vehicle. Give keys to a responsible adult and advise them to drive the truck to the closest ford dealer, hand someone...
There's quite a few MSRP offers out there still... ordered ours and paid MSRP back in November... then bought extended warranty from Warrick Ford... it will be interesting if the prices go below MSRP... I have heard tale of 2 deals that were 1k below... which is understandable for high volume...
well, we've logged in 3K so far since mid December and much of that has been highway... although I cant compare it to F150's in general, it is still a large heavy vehicle with fairly high profile... blowoff from trucks will push you around but the truck responds well when you have to maneuver...
I keep navigation or compass up... when you use nav. the next turn is displayed on the guage cluster in the center which is really awesome if your on fast roads with a lot of traffic....
Yea, that's unfortunate that you need to check all this stuff out for such a pricey rig... something so simple you would think it would be done right.... makes ya wonder about torque specs on the rest....
They are badass... my wife and I usually get caught up for an hour.or so every weekend by someone who has a bunch of questions and comments about the 17 Raptor...
Nice... I heard a guy drove to dealership and waited for truck to get unloaded to make sure no dealer hacks drove it like they stole it...
Congrats, you're gonna love it... if you don't you could sell if for what you paid without a problem...
BTW...Extended warranty is $1775 for 8 years...
If your in Alexandria, check out Koons of Baltimore.... I got our raptor at msrp from there... Scott Holt ordered it over the phone... 4 weeks later i picked it up at 9pm on a Friday, the day it showed up.
