Right above the cutout on top about middle way there is an open hole and another bumper support with a boot and nut/tab to secure. You take the boot out and use the two holes for the light mount. Pretty simple to be honest.

Yep I 100% agree. It's about $2 in material at most but I paid for the person who made its idea and saved me time and money. I'm ok with that.

I'm planning on putting 2 Rigid flush mount midnight editions in the stock bumper. That way when someone decides to tailgate me instead of brake checking them I'll just blind there ass.
No mine isn't leveled. My gen1 was at mid perch and had these same wheels/tires on it. It would rub before I went to mid perch. The new gen2 doesn't run at all stock. I thought about getting collars. It decided not to since they don't rub.
