I've got one on order and just got my build week and VIN assigned last week. Didn't expect to get one this year even though I'm a first day reservation holder. Always wanted a Bronco and said that I'd get one if they ever came back out with them. They really knocked the styling out of the park...
I've posted this rack on eBay and you can see my other auctions for the fork mount systems -

The rack gets screwed in to where the front two tie-down points are in the bed of the truck and it is used to hold the hot rod and/or lowball mounts. The hot rod is for thru axle applications and the loball is for quick-release applications without a thru axle. The differences between the mounts...
If you are still in warranty, have your dealer look at it.
My front driver had a small gap and a factory finish issue and it was replaced under warranty. I also had one replaced by the dealer (at my cost) after a fender (flare) bender and after it was replaced, it exhibited behavior similar to...

I've got the Bronco until the phasers are complete. My understanding is that these vehicles are part of their FCTP program to be loaned out while vehicles are in for service. Doesn't matter now anyway as what's done is done.
Took mine in today for the repair and they wanted to do the reflash first to see if that fixes it. I'm pretty sure they know it won't but said they don't want the repair denied by Ford because they didn't try it. They did give me a pretty sweet loaner though... new Bronco! It's not the bigger...
I will add that at some point, I wore through the rubber portion on the driver's side and Husky made good on their lifetime guarantee. My 2017 Raptor was totaled and I am now still using the second set (replaced by warranty) on my 2019 Raptor.
I've had Weathertech in many previous vehicles but tried the Husky X-act contour liners in the 2017 F150 (based on reviews here) and they are hands down better than the weathertech and have more coverage than the Ford liners.
If you are noticing a cold start rattle that happens every time the truck sits for probably 8hrs or more, you should definitely get the truck to the dealer.
