21 Bronco

Since my Gen 1 has been in the shop for a few days the dealer gave me a Bronco Black Diamond to drive on Friday. I have to say if you haven't driven one you should! My wife and I both drove it and It was amazing, I'm really tempted to buy one.

I will say I have a soft spot for Jeeps, I've owned 2 Wranglers and my last one.. a 03 Rubicon in Inca Gold was one of my all time favorite vehicles. Sadly I rolled it back in 09 and haven't ridden in a Wrangler since that day, they scare the **** out of me. The Bronco didn't give me any reason to worry, even with the roof back and we eventually took the doors off too. It just feels so much more composed than a Wrangler.

Either way, I absolutely love the Bronco.. what an awesome ride.

I rolled my first wrangler, badly, the roll bar is the only thing that saved my sons and my life, even the paramedics and fire department said, without that rollbar, you wouldn't be here. I bought another one as soon as I could, there wasn't any new Bronco's out yet, otherwise I would of bought one. Definitely would buy a new Bronco over a Jeep as I am a Ford guy. They are a very good looking vehicle, you couldn't go wrong by getting one.

I've got one on order and just got my build week and VIN assigned last week. Didn't expect to get one this year even though I'm a first day reservation holder. Always wanted a Bronco and said that I'd get one if they ever came back out with them. They really knocked the styling out of the park and they appear to be very capable as well.

Yeah the styling is awesome and it gets so much attention it's crazy lol.

The dealership I deal with said right now it's a year long wait for one so if I actually want one I should jump on it.

Let me get this straight -- you took in your GEN 1 for repairs and they gave you a Bronco to drive for a few days as a loaner?

Yeah lol. they gave it to me for the day if I wanted, ended up just using it till noon then dropped it off.

This one is their demo model and won't be sold till Broncos become more readily available. Every Bronco that they've had has been ordered so they're gone within 48hrs from the moment they land.

I've heard anyone who ordered a Bronco with a hard top will have their delayed since Ford is replacing all of them.
