This is the best pics I could get. That fitting was "locked" open and was against the plastic part connected to the engine. I had to "unlock" it and it closed up to properly attach that hose.

This shit just happened to me on my Gen2 with 7k miles. I pulled into my driveway to find all the damb coolant all over the floor. it's a stupid clamp that I don't think was attached correctly.

So FINALY good news the Servide rep called and told me they took apart the IWE and it was fine but the cv joint or half shaft as they also call it, was really stiff and stuck they replaced it in one day!! Picked up my truck today test drove it ofcourse with the service rep and all is well again...

So here's my status update just came back from the dealership and yes ofcourse they tell me they re set the 4x4 comp module and have taken the truck off road and have not heard any noise. So the Service rep tells me if I want to take a test drive with him I drive it to their "testing" location...
