We have taken our truck off road since its purchase.
We designed the system to be used for all situations. The turbos are mounted to the engine with heavy duty brackets, and heavy duty hardware is included.
We have never had a failure in the field, and we supply a lifetime warranty on...
Hello.
We have not attempted to use any other unit other than the Precision V band inlet units.

Yes. We designed the kit to be used in heavy duty applications, and our vehicle has been definitively...
We have over 50,000 miles on our In-house raptor and it is just as streetable as the day it was installed and most importantly the most powerful thing on the road!
On average, we make over 100 RWHP and torque than any supercharger. When you have a truck this size, that power is needed...
Hello.
We are not aware of any heat issues with our system. We have a vast amount of systems on the street including our own truck which has over 50,000 miles with the system installed. A truck that has been through a very tough 50,000 miles as part of our on and off the road testing.
We...

We are glad you like it! Great numbers! The Y-pipe will help even more, anything that can open up the exhaust helps. The headers are tight! We have hundreds of hours in R and D trying to fit everything comfortably with the largest piping possible for power. Good luck with the rest of the...
Hello,
Sorry for the overlook of your post.
We definitely have plenty of trucks on the road with our systems. Please call our office if you have any questions, 505-873-4670. Our twin kit is the ultimate power adder for the Raptor truck, and I assure that you will not be disappointed...
Hello.
We use the Precision 62/66 CEA V band inlet turbochargers on this kit. They have awesome response, with the ability to turn the power up to whatever you want. The power curve is smooth, all the way to peak boost. We designed this kit for an OEM look and feel. There is nothing you...
We are waiting on a few guys to get back to us with numbers. We have only installed them on our turbo trucks as of right now.
From our experience with other vehicles, there should be a very nice gain for the ease of install.
We will post those graphs as soon as they happen.
Right after the unveiling of our new Raptor Twin kit at the 2013 SEMA show, the editors of Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords wanted to drive our truck at the Las Vegas Raptor Roundup......we obliged!
This is the October 2014 issue on stands now.
Yes it will. It goes right in place of the factory Y-pipe. A true bolt on.
We had this Y - pipe built for that very reason. It allows NA guys to take the cats off without having to buy long tube headers.

We do not have a video from the dyno after the swap. I will try and get a video next time the truck is on the dyno and post it here.
Thank you for your interest.
3" off road Y-pipe dyno graphs
Here is a back to back dyno graph of our test mule twin turbo 6.2 L Raptor with and without cats.
The lower HP pull is with the factory Y-pipe, the higher hp pull is with the new Bassani Off-road Y-pipe.
Both tests were done at the base 7 psi boost level...
Hello.
We are awaiting the image of the dyno graph from our installation and dyno facility. The dyno session ended yesterday and we will have all graphs today.
The 30 hp is with our turbo system, not NA.
Exhaust flow is very important with turbo setups, especially with the 6.2L...
Hello.
We do not see why it would not fit with the afe pan. The off road pipe was designed around the factory y pipe bends, etc.

Hello.
Keeping 3 inch at the merge will help keep low end torque...
