Good News Got a message from the dealer I put a deposit down with last Monday. Told me they had been given an allocation and would provide me a DORA by next week. Time to wait and see if they got it or are just bluffing after I told then I would order from another dealer and get my deposit...

Does the dealer need an allocation before submitting an order and receiving a Dora or do they submit the order and receive the Dora after getting an allocation?
