Is this the t-case your going to install? https://www.borgwarner.com/newsroom/press-releases/2012/03/21/borgwarner-supplies-first-two-speed-active-all-wheel-drive-transfer-case-for-the-ford-f-150
Thanks for the heads up about ebay, with that said I got this one form Amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B093TPBX3F/?tag=fordraptorforum-20 if there is a problem returns are no problem.
I also got the letter, I think I get one every year. I have still not yet did one map upgrade yet. I guess if I do this one I will get all the previous years updates as well. LOL
Installed the larger trans cooler yesterday. The factory cooler had 5 cooling rows the larger cooler has 10 cooling rows. Probably wont make much of a difference but its done.
Thanks, I will check around locally. A side note my local Ford dealer emailed my with this response "As of 8-30 FORD has part BL3Z-10346-C on a National Back order with a Release date of 9-16. This part has a $75.00 CORE"
Thats okay thanks. I did find a few dealerships online as well. But disappointed that I have to pay a core charge for a new item. I remember buying a couple of starters that were new and didn't have a core charge. Its just a hassle!!
X2, I wondered the same thing. I also noticed that they charge a core charge for a new alternator. I thought if its brand new there should be no core charge.
I did the same thing for my Gen 1. just a side note, apparently Ford changed the diff oil weight for Gen 2's as my recommended oil weight is 75W-140 Rear Synthetic Axle Lubricant. I wonder why they changed?
Graphics hood and bed, however I have not had any problems with them. Just not worth the money.
The Sony stereo system, hate the speaker on the rear floor!
