Wireless AA as well as Apples version need new hardware. As above they make some interfaces to accomplish this (more interfaces will follow - this is somewhat newer tech) - but the tradeoff is battery life. Expect the wireless to drain the battery in your phone/tablet pretty quickly. Unless...
This is interesting. I did not talk to them on the phone, just via the web submission forms. I still have not pulled the trigger on my tunes yet.
When we were corresponding I told them what I would do with the truck (drive around town, tow a small TT, etc.) they recommended the tow tune as...
I don't have any social media (no FB, twitter, or IG) but this docudrama scared the s&*t out of me just on the Google and Reddit parts. It was so eye-opening I watched it twice just to make sure I understood all of it.
Unreal how there is no regulation with this stuff and seeing the sub-19...
There was a video on here a while back of a guy who had this on his Raptor. Was showing it off with a trailer and completely eliminated the sag with the trailer and did it from outside his truck with the app. Was really cool. I can't find it now that I am looking for it though. I looked into...
Yeah couldn't agree more - I just never thought of it.
I use it on the rear bumper and bed rails along with my mudflaps and hood scoop/side vents and it works perfectly for those but never thought to use on the graphics. Will do this next time I give her a wash. I love my VRP because it makes...
I did a S&B CAI on my 2020 - elected not to do an IC (yet) - I am in Nashville and haven't seen high temps over the last few months. Even when towing my small travel trailer. I did put a 170degree thermostat in though. I have 3 MPT tunes that I may put one in over the weekend. Honestly...
Ordered this one today and thank you for the recommendation. Although I haven't plugged a tire in many years $30 seems like cheap insurance if SHTF and it seems small enough to have onboard if it is needed. At the bare minimum maybe I could get out of a bad situation.
Thanks for all the replies. I am sticking with the MPT as I have already bought and paid for it. I did a lot of research on all the tune options and thought I would like the MPT the best (even though the Goosetuned had a lot of positive reviews and happy customers) -
thanks again for the replies.
It's is always easier to help someone decide when it is not your vehicle.
I have had the MPT tunes nGauge for a few months but wanted to wait until I had some miles on the truck in case any initial warranty issues came up, but am about 6300 miles now and going to go ahead and download the...
Mine does not have a great range - 30' maybe from the opener to the visor. Often I have to open the door before the garage door will open. Mine is an Overhead Door brand opener.
I think it should cut on with ignition - my wife's MB is like that and it is a smart idea.
We have an alarm as well but when we are boondocking w/o cell service (to monitor alarm and cameras) I feel safer in my Raptor (as we do when we boondock) and hers in the driveway.
Hay all -
Not sure if anyone has had this problem but thought I would share a quick solution since it took 2 months to resolve.
I use Android Auto exclusively and have on all my Ford's in the past. For whatever reason I could not answer the phone when in Android Auto. I could make calls, but...
