That is as you called it "Fake News".
You definitely seem angry. Mostly since you can't seem to make a single post without coming off like a self righteous douche who can't deal with the fact that the ecoboost Raptor makes more power than the 6.2 did when it came out. Your constant...
I distorted nothing. You used extremely broad logic. You compared two engines that share little more than the fact that they are both 3.5L and turbo charged. Bologna and filet mignon are both beef products. By your broad logic they would be the same.
So a completely new engine casting, new...
Are you sure? By your logic it is.
Well of course not because my truck doesn't have a Taurus motor in it. The same displacement and aspiration don't make it the same. I guess you think the 1969 Z/28 had a Mustang motor in it. They we both normally aspirated and 302 c.i.d. Must be the same...
This whole discussion is pointless. Ford has made no announcement of any intent to put a V8 in the Raptor and likely won't. The Ecoboost is Ford's flagship motor, like it or not, and having a Ecoboost in the Raptor drives sales of the Ecoboost in other F150s. Going back now and either replacing...
First, the auto sensors will only turn on the wipers if the wipers are set to one of the on settings. If you turn it all the back to off, the problem will be solved. Then when you turn on the wipers, the auto setting will adjust the speed and frequency as needed. It does a decent job of that...
Usually 3-4 times a year but it could be more or less based on how the leather feels. The biggest factor for leather is it's environment. I live in the Midwest and my truck lives in the garage. If you live in a warm dry climate like the southwest or your truck lives outside in the sun, expect to...
Any concerns about the weight hanging on the end of an unsupported plastic piece? I checked mine and that piece is not very thick and has nothing supporting the edge other that the structure of the plastic itself. I like the idea and the location, but would be nervous hanging the weight of a...
Well that truck has different fenders (and possibly other mods), so it definitely modified. None of that was mentioned in the original post, which would have been good information to share with a question about wheel and tire fitment.
Is this a serious question? Did you really think you could easily bolt on a wheel that sticks out 1.5 further with a tire that's 5" taller out 1" wider without MAJOR modification? This has to be a joke.
The gap is normal. The load on these is a downward force of the springs and that is stopped by the collar seating in the groove on the shock. Even with no gap the two pieces mate with a flat machine face so the sheer strength of the screws would still be what holds them together.
Except it does lie because this calculator says 19mm (0.7"). This one also shows their math (if you reacall your school days, that is required for your answer to be correct) with diagrams.

I haven't had them long enough to tell if they lint or not, but barring a linting problem, they should be fine for interior use. I wouldn't use them on the soft plastics, like the gauges or any piano black trim, as it would probably leave small scratches. It would be fine for hard plastics and...
I would never use these on my paint, but they make great shop towels and the price is hard to beat. I bought every one they had at my Wal-Mart. 132 microfiber towels for under $30.
