Yes, we can get close. If I'm not mistaken the Flowmaster 40 is 19" overall length. There are several Magnaflow options 3" IN dual 2.5" around that length. We can fine tune the sound with the diameter of the muffler.

The Flowmaster being a chambered design will be prone to resonance because there isn't any sound deadening material within the muffler. It's basically hollow and redirects the exhaust gasses a number of times through channels and chambers to tune the sound. It creates a very smooth, but boomy...

Sounds great. The 40 will definitely drone more than many people tend to prefer, but with an exterior sound like that who cares!

It should. The Borla S Type and the Corsa Sport both connect to the factory mid-pipe slip fit, so in that respect they are identical. The Corsa res delete pipe is a direct replacement for the factory mid-pipe, sans resonator. Can't see any reason why it wouldn't work!
