Hi Bobby, With HF cats and a cat-back any increase in flow/power over just a traditional cat-back exhaust would be marginal. If your factory cats are old/clogged (unlikely on a new Raptor) then you would feel a difference, but ultimately you will gain the most sound and power doing the headers...
