    My experience has ranged from lousy to great-depending on the dealership. That's the one thing I wish Ford would do, weed out the dealerships that dont value their customer's service needs. But with that being said, usually you can find another dealer fairly close that will meet your needs.

    You will chip other vehicles more than your own, plus the BFG's will wear down fairly quick and that reduces the rock throwing a lot.

    Exactly, if your going to be creeping along in traffic, make sure it's on max ac / recirc, that helps a lot.
